Beer description
Our Bolder Weisse echoes the traditional flavor profile while adding a few Avery twists to the brewing method. This inaugural batch was aged in oak barrels for six months with a rustic Brettanomyces yeast strain and finished at 5% ABV. We present our homage in a customary goblet with two handmade syrups made from fruits for which Colorado is known – peaches and cherries.
