Bidassoa Basque Brewery - Boise

Amber colour with reddish hues. Intense notes of cereal, biscuit, balanced by floral and citrus flavours and aromas, hints of wood, complemented by a crisp bitter finish. Boise, the capital of Idaho, has a large Basque community that originated from the first emigrants, gold prospectors who later became transhumant shepherds. This American IPA is intended to represent the mutual enrichment between the culture of the emigrant and the host culture.
