The 1291 is a low-fermentation Bohemian Pils, brewed using the three-temperature decoction technique. Fresh and floral on the nose, in the mouth the medium body, given by the special production method, immediately leaves room for the aromaticity of the Tettnanger and Mittelfrüh hops.
1291 is the year in which Cangrande della Scala was born, and it is from that grandiose year that our beer, historically the first to be produced by the Mastino Brewery, takes its name.
