Bodensteiner Hell is a cellar beer. Bodensteiner Hell is processed unrounded. This means that the usual cold maturation process is omitted. It therefore comes unfiltered from the "lager cellar". As a result, Kellerbier also has a lower carbon dioxide content. Natural suspended matter remains in the beer, which makes Bodensteiner Hell more nutritionally valuable than filtered beer.

The slightly spicy yet soft woody aroma and the mild hop varieties make our Bodensteiner Hell a drinkable beer.
