We deliberately hopped this Blond Ale a little cautiously, so that the slightly floral and grassy taste notes are balanced with the bitterness of the hops. At 29 IBU it is balanced bitter and nicely palatable. The Bavaria mandarina hops add a slight fruitiness like that of mandarins. Our malt mixture with CaraHell and Viennese malt gives the beer a beautiful, light orange amber color and wonderfully rounds off the soft taste. The perfect beer garden beer!
