Brasserie BLZ - Company - Don Mate

Pours a hazy light amber with a large white head. The aroma is herbal, with hay and hints of lemon, hints of smoke and grains. Medium body with an average carbonation, a very light sweetness and a light to medium bitterness. The flavor starts hoppy with some citric notes which are soon overpowered by lots of herbs, some floral note and some sweetish grains. Finishes with a lasting herbal bitterness, hay, herbal infusion.
