Beer description
We took our spicy blueberry base and kicked up the heat a little with a blend of some hot peppers. This sour golden ale was aged in oak foudres then rested on once used blueberries to give the fruit a second life. After the initial maturation we infused it with fresh ginger, lime zest, dried arbol & guajillo peppers.
