So, I’m guessing that most are thinking Peach Cobbler, and yes that would be an awesome cider and one that might just pop up out of nowhere, BUT…. That’s for another day [or more]. We’re talking about Blueberry Cobbler and all I can say is, if you love blueberries, and I mean love them, and you sorta are on the “I kinda shift toward the sweeter ciders side of the fence” then this one has your name all over it. The nose is massive blueberry and the first taste does not disappoint. It may be the biggest blueberry cider we’ve ever done. And if the blueberry isn’t enough, there’s a certain flavor that compliments the blueberry. It’s subtitle, but it shines a bit at the end. It starts with a V and it’s not chocolate, but it really makes this one raise the bar [yeah, yeah… so overused, but if you actually read this far down in the description, it prob doesn’t matter]. Believe me, it’s amazing on it’s own, but if the blueberry is a bit too sweet, chill it with a 40% hit of the Peach Tea and that trims things out and also adds some complexity to the backend. and, you might just see a Blueberry Peach cider in the coming months or years if you can wait that long. Fingers tired, but leaving with a pro tip… try it either way, it’s amazing.
