Félegyházi Sörműhely - Blue Lagoon Gose

The next stop on our beer tour is Paris, New York's famous Harry's Bar, where legendary bartender Harry MacElhone's son Andy MacElhone made his name in cocktail history. The time of its creation is obscure, but it dates back to around the 1970s. Its two main ingredients are blue curacao and lemon juice or lemonade. We used these ingredients infused in a Gose. In addition to the basic type, the lemonade character of the lemon predominates, alongside the eye-catching blue colour and bitter orange aroma of the curacao. Á votre santé! Or cheers!??
