Blue Coast Hiver

Richly flavoured with a full mouth-feel – the focus is to nourish the body and mind rather than quench the thirst. Most Winter Beers add spices to get a flavour kick – but BLUE COAST does not. Robert – our brewer - has used five different malts to craft this brew: Pale Ale malt as a base, Belgian Crystal and Chocolate malt to get the caramel and toasted notes, Wheat Malt to round it off and soften the texture and lastly Cassonade is added to the boiling wort, to give that “something special”. It will definitely warm your spirit on a Winter’s eve.
