Bloomer Town Brown

Pours a semi-clear reddish amber colored brew with a decent sized off-white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt and floral hops with a touch of caramel. Taste is light to medium bodied, soft carbonation mouthfeel with flavors of toffee, caramel, a hint of maple and light honey including hints of vegetable and eggplant. Finish is semi-sweet with some biscuit with a very faint maple aftertaste. Closer to an amber ale than a brown ale.
