Lupulin Brewing - BLIZZARD IN THE DESERT

Ex Novo's hand-selected lot of Strata hops donated by Holingbery and Son. This is a crisp finishing Cold IPA from a base of Pilsner malt and New Mexican Blue Corn. We paired neomexicanus hops (Sabro) with a couple of standouts from the Pacific Northwest (Strata and Citra) to hit on this tropical and dank "Wester than West Coast" banger.
