Beer description
A new series dedicated to hop suppliers and their tolerance towards the brewery during the selection process. It's a common joke when they travel to the west for each harvest to rub the hops... "Yes, I love everything about it... I just wish it would burst more." It turns out that for a laboratory trying to analyze the incoming hop batches, quantifying the "popping" can be incredibly difficult. They present some of their selected favorite batches and let them roam with Cryo Pop, a blend of Yakima Chief Hops specifically developed for dry hopping during the primary fermentation. Yes, I like that... but can we make it pop even more?
