The brewery is very fond of this style from Portland, Oregon, as it satisfies their crisp and hoppy needs at the same time. They cold-fermented this beer with lager yeast and dry-hopped it with their hand-picked Simcoe, Amarillo Cryo, Ekuanot, and HBC 586 to create these new/mid/east/west coast vibes. Perfect for summer and/or any time. Keep it icy. Keep it crispy. Keep it cool.
