Beer description
This b-wine was brewed with floor malted, 100% Texas grown barley from Backlands Malt in Leander, TX. Single malt/single hop brewed (SMaSH, fool!) with Backlands Pale Moon malt and Columbus hops. Liquid mahogany that tastes like banana bread and cherry. You may just want to stare at it for a while.
