Using bourbon barrels from Blanton's, Four Gate, and Four Roses as well as rye barrels from Buffalo Trace, we finished the blend in our premiere use of Brazilian Amburana barrels, lending rich notes of baking spices-nutmeg, Cinnamon, and allspice-which in turn round out the heat of the base beer, Deep, complex, and truly unlike anything you've tasted before.
