Midnight Project - Black Steel

Ferrous steel has long been popular in industry and mechanical engineering. This iron-carbon alloy combines high performance with excellent reliability. For our new experiment, we decided to fuse together the attributes of different beer styles in order to obtain a universal sample. We used a special strain of yeast to forge our Black Steel, while the Triple Black IPA was forged with hops with a higher thiol content. Modern problems require modern solutions.
