Simcoe and Warrior dry-hopped with a gentle hand in order to ensure balance and desirable aging characteristics. Citrusy hops and mild Brett. character on the nose gives way to a moderate acidity, layers of subtle bready malt and tart stone fruit finish. Beautifully complex and drinkable.
