Black Project CONSTELLATION: Blackberry 2020

CONSTELLATION is a blend of three different bases, lambic-inspired coolship spontaneous beer and spontaneous solera beers. The blend is then re-fermented with blackberries. Wonderful berry flavor, very smooth, still a fruit beer but definitely towards the more traditional Belgian end of the fruiting spectrum.
