So peeps, OPL stands for Obligatory Pumpkin Libation. In other words, let’s tear that down jus for fun. Obligatory - Manditory, must do [regardless if you want to or not]. Pumpkin - Kinda self explanatory, but the simple description is... it’s a fruit in the goard family. Libation - alcoholic beverage, period. So when put together in Bishop cider terms OPL means, It’s fall and it’s getting cold and everyone [and we mean everyone] is doing some kind of pumpkin skewed beverage. We obviously don’t follow, we lead, but in this case, the crew came up with a really well done Pumpkin cider with just enough spice to round it out. The best part of our OPL is it’s apple based [duh] and the fruit of the apple pairs really well with pumpkin and the spice hits perfectly, especially at the finish, lingering just long enough to get you to the next sip.
