Bishop Cider - Ginspired

Kudos to Paige the cider master, as this one is really out of the box or should I write "bottle". The Gin part isn’t gin-ger as you might think, it's actually gin... period. This unique cider has the flavor and aroma that gives it that slightly piney nose as if gin was used in the blend [but we’re not allowed to do that]. Paige had to develop a recipe that mirrored the nose and flavor of gin without using it... thus it became, ginspired, and has the ABV to prove it.
