Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
The crew out back wanted to do something out of the box [like they don’t do that all the time], but for this beauty, as the name implies, they went way outside. Like France. So the nitty gritty is they imported apples from France and developed a very dry, tart cider. This is more indicative of the European style. Big apple forward flavors and oh so dry, oui! If you prefer a drier cider with loads of apple, you will love this one. But, as we purchased the apples from France, this may be a solo run, so get it while you can. Merci.
