There is something new from Bischoff: the artisan brewed craft beer series. Part of this is the Falkensteiner wheat goat - a beer that once again demonstrates the skills of the Bishop's master brewer. Fruity wheat meets the strength of the goat. Taste: In the glass, the wheat goat shines amber-colored, fine-pored and particularly cloudy. The first taste is velvety-soft and is permeated by banana and exotic fruit aromas, followed by a subtle clove aroma. The sip ends in a malty after-drink with a slight bitterness. Culinary tips: A strong beer goes well with hearty dishes. How about a smoked pork pastry with Brussels sprouts and braised potatoes?
