Beer description
La Maroni - chestnut beer is a seasonal beer that pays homage to the true treasures of nature such as honey and chestnuts. The honey comes from Capriasca, famous for its chestnut trees, from which the honey gets its taste, and from the Bergell Valley the chestnut flour, a local specialty. For the Maroni beer, we used 3 different hops (Amarillo, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria) to give the product a strong but delicate character. A beer rich in flavor and aroma, with a full body and taste that lingers on the palate and spreads its whole fragrance.
