is an Amber Ale all to be savored, it pairs excellently with numerous traditional Ticino culinary dishes, from appetizers to desserts. The use of " Mosaic " hops gives "La Rossa" a unique, unparalleled and modern character.
"Amber Ale" style beer, top-fermented, full-bodied, with intense flavors. The perfect companion for elaborate dishes, but also to be enjoyed alone, slowly, in order to savor its great variety of aromas and flavors.
Its rather high alcohol content makes it ideal for moments to be spent in company, where haste has no place.
