Beer description
Beer of a beautiful golden colour with medium-fine white foam obtained with the addition of locally produced chestnut honey.
The aroma of honey is evident, accompanied by fruity notes reminiscent of strawberry and herbaceous grapes and a slight balsamic sensation.
In the mouth it is round and the honey notes return to the nose but with a more pronounced perception of chestnut.
Despite the strong imprint of the characteristic ingredient (chestnut honey), it is easy to drink, leaving the mouth clean with a slight bitter note.
Suggested pairings: not spicy cold cuts, pasta with meat sauce or mushrooms, medium mature cheese, white meat, fish (even raw).
