Beer description
The brewery's basic beer, which is often used for further processing, but which should not be underestimated "in purity". In the glass it is golden, clear; the nose offers hints of orange blossom, bread crust and a fruity apricot, peach, with a hint of pear. In the mouth it enters soft, it shows a correct body, with a very clean finish, of hops, herbaceous. La Runa manages to combine character, ease of drinking given by a nice dryness and a remarkable retrolfactory length.
Suggested pairings: fried food (perhaps fish), Tortona cold cuts, pasta with tomato sauce.
