Beer description
Inspired by Bavarian Weizen, it is produced with 30% malted wheat. It has a beautiful golden colour, veiled, topped with excellent foam; the nose is classic compared to the style: ripe fruit (banana), cloves, but also a slight hint of apple. In the mouth the gassing lightens the sweetness of the cereal, a very slight acidity contributes to a fresh, correct and balanced finish. Not demanding, easy, not very long, but very drinkable and refreshing.
Suggested pairings: grilled river fish, salads, appetizers, fresh goat cheese, vegetable pasta.
