Birrificio Montegioco Quarta Runa

Produced with the addition, during fermentation, of Volpedo peaches. In the glass it has a deep orange colour, opalescent. The nose is very intense, offering summery scents of ripe peach, accompanied by floral notes of rose and a clear memory of bitter almond, peach kernel. In the mouth it enters soft, with a body of medium structure and hints of fruit in syrup. The finish is very clean, just lightened by a slight acidity; very long in the finish, where the characterization of the peach is undisputed, but where an unexpected and light hoping also emerges. A refined, feminine, unique beer. Suggested pairings: fresh but not acid cheeses, white meats, fried fish, vegetable tempura, vegetable first courses.
