Beer description
Produced with the addition of peaty malt (the same used for Scotch whisky), it has a deep, veiled gold colour. On the nose there are clear notes of peat, under which you can perceive a beautiful yellow fruit. Honey enters the mouth, then the peat explodes, which remains with great persistence, accompanied by a pleasant herbaceous hops and a clear aroma of honey. A complex, long beer dedicated to peat whisky lovers, but with good balance.
Suggested pairings: very tasty pizzas (e.g. with anchovies), spaghetti with garlic oil and chilli pepper.
