Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Gold coloured beer, made of pure barley malt, one part of which is peat.
It is matured for thirty-six months in oak barrels after a first fermentation in steel with selected yeasts.
Strong olfactory intensity, great complexity and moderate acidity.
On the nose there are clear notes of peat, under which fruity aromas can be perceived on tasting.
A complex, long beer dedicated to peat whisky lovers, but with good balance.
Suggested pairings: very tasty dishes with spices and spicy notes.
