Birrificio Montegioco Garbagnina

Produced from Demon Hunter with the addition, during fermentation, of "Bella di Garbagna" cherries (Slow Food Presidium). In the glass it highlights a beautiful coral red, very original; the nose is strongly characterized by the Bella di Garbagna, which expresses itself with notes of fresh cherries, with hints of berries, as well as a subtle floral of geranium. In the mouth it is rich, enveloping, with sweetness of fruit (blackcurrant) and bitterness of tannin; the finish is very elegant, complex, where the syrupy cherry is very evident (very long in the aftertaste), accompanied by a slight savoury, mineral note. Beer, elegant, complex, but that maintains a good ease of drinking. Suggested pairings: red meat, game, tagliatelle with mushrooms.
