Beer description
Produced by adding (organic) blueberry puree to the fermentation of a Demon Hunter, it has an intense ruby colour, with almost no foam, from Barley Wine. During ageing the nose becomes very evolved, with notes of honey, dried fruit, caramel, dried flowers, blueberry, ethyl heat, syrupy black cherry and oxidative notes. On the palate it is sumptuous, enveloping, warm, sugary, ethyl, full-bodied, very long; on the finish a vinous character emerges, with a tannic note that helps to give balance. A beer for ageing, after a few years in the bottle it expresses all its potential. Wintery, powerful, complex.
