Beer description
Produced by aging a Demon Hunter in barrique (ex Barbera Bigolla by Walter Massa). It shows a beautiful ruby colour, with amber reflections, almost limpid. The nose is liqueur-like, articulated, with notes of plums, wood, red flowers, fruit in alcohol and a scent reminiscent of an autumn forest. The taste is warm, ethylic, intense; clear notes of chestnut honey, dried fruit, black cherry, cocoa. Very round, enveloping, complex, it denotes considerable length in the mouth; in the finish there are light notes of bitter roots. Complex, ethylic, evolved beer.
