Beer description
Produced by ageing a Bran, for 36 months, in barrique.
In the glass it is black, impenetrable, with cappuccino coloured foam; to the nose coexist the toasts (with a scent reminiscent of cocoa paste) and the notes deriving from the passage in wood (reminiscent of balsamic vinegar).
In the mouth it is decidedly articulated: on one side the evident toasted notes, of cocoa, of soy sauce, on the other the acidity.
Very long in the mouth, in the finish emerges the tannin of wood and a slight astringency of roasting.
A very complex beer, difficult for lovers of strong emotions.
Suggested pairings: difficult to match, recommended for an after meal, maybe (for those who want) with a big cigar.
