Beer description
It has an ebony colour, with tinted reflections of monk. The nose is intense, with notes of toast, soy sauce, mocha coffee, tobacco, a hint of balsamic and a hint of tropical fruit. In the mouth it is very soft, enveloping, with a powerful note of liquorice and caramelized sugar, accompanied by a hint of mint and a hint of cocoa beans. Despite its structure, the balsamic vein makes it quite fresh, relatively lightening the drink. In the finish, the hops give a bitter, very herbaceous backbone. Dedicated to lovers of "dark", it is capable of great ageing. Suggested pairings: spicy cold cuts (Calabrian nduja), smoked herring, cigars.
