Beer description
Amber beer, of high fermentation, produced with roasted chestnuts.
In the glass the foam is compact, cream-coloured pannosa with a good olfactory intensity.
The nose has notes of chestnut honey, caramel and dried fruit.
In the mouth you can confirm the typical taste of chestnut, caramel and a light toasty taste conferred by roasted chestnuts.
A light bitterish note, not intrusive but very persistent, completes the gustative picture.
Suggested pairings: medium-aged cheeses, cold cuts, mushroom-based dishes.
