Birrificio Lambrate - Blackberry Sour Saison

For our latest, "sour" production, we decided to accompany the lactic acid with the delicate spice notes that are created during the fermentation of a classic Belgian yeast. The blackberries added during fermentation give the beer a pleasant fruitiness and a special pink color. The subtle acidity of this elegant brew hides its 7% ABV alcohol content, making it extremely drinkable.
