Pale orange color, abundant and dense foam. The nose is dominated by fruity and spicy esters with a veiled citrus aroma. Complex and full on draft where spicy, slightly herbaceous and citrus notes alternate. The pleasant carbonation and a dry and slightly bitter finish make this beer fresh and crazy drinkable. Recommended food pairings (and not only) Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with slightly spicy dishes, fish appetizers, white meat second courses and fish second courses. Perfect after a busy day at work, like a true “saisonnier”.
