Thirty per cent Verdicchio grape must from the Broccanera winery in Arcevia, just one kilometre from our brewery, was used. On the morning of the harvest by hand, the freshly pressed must was drawn off and added in the whirlpool.
Fermentation with neutral yeast brings out the vinous notes with floral, citrus and fresh almond aromas typical of this grape variety.
On the palate, one appreciates the beer's easy-drinking character, where the fresh and acidulous notes of Verdicchio return with a dry finish.
