Wheat beer with a yellow-orange color, delicately fruity and "juicy". At the first sip, the notes donated by the abundant use of passion fruit emerge immediately, combined with a refreshing acidity created by the Lactobacilli. Dry yet refreshing finish. Beer created in collaboration with friends from The Wall brewery in Varese.
