Birra Perugia Calibro X

A constantly changing eXperimental DDH Pale Ale, each time different and unpredictable, in which creativity and imagination allow us to explore new frontiers of taste. In this first recipe we used the usual Calibro7 malty base, while the yeast is Green Mountain and the hops Citra and Simcoe, also in Cryo version. The aromas are distinctly more resinous and citrusy than the classic Calibro, yielding something in the way of tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is decisive, very vertical and deep, with an enthralling bitter grip.
