Birra Morena Celtica Scotch Ale, in its own style at the WBA in London 2017 was awarded the Italian winner's prize. From the study of ancient Celtic recipes comes Birra Morena Celtica Scotch Ale, a beer with a dark amber colour, modest and pleasant bitterness, full bodied, mellow, soft and enveloping, with pleasant and sweet fruity, spicy, toasted caramel and roasted notes; this beer is prized to be fermented in the cellar with high fermentation yeast and refermented in the bottle with abbey yeast; Special Beer, unfiltered raw, double malt. Combinable especially with meat, cheese, important desserts and after meal. Ideal serving temperature: 10-15°C / 50-59° F - EBU: 26
