Birra Morena - IPA ALE

Birra Morena IPA ALE beer, is a particularly hopped beer (twelve hops), which reflects the classic English style of IPAs of the 17th century, as it was destined for export to India for consumption by English subjects. It was precisely this need for conservation for long journeys that led to a marked use of hops. Amber-coloured beer, bitter but pleasant, with a soft and fresh body, with citrus, tropical, floral and spicy hints; this beer is prized to be fermented in the cellar and re-fermented in the bottle with high fermentation yeast; special raw unfiltered beer, double malt. It can be combined with any kind of meal and also outside the meal. Ideal serving temperature: 10-15°C / 50-59° F - EBU: 46
