Birra Morena - Gran Riserva Lucana

Morena Gran Riserva Lucana Beer, in the Barley Wine style at the WBA in London, was awarded the Italian Winner prize in 2017, and in 2016 it was a world finalist and awarded the Italian Winner prize. Birra Morena Gran Riserva Lucana, in the style of a Barley Wine, carries in its belly all the scents and naturalness of its land of origin, Lucania, an uncontaminated land rich in game, vegetation and pure spring water. Beer with a golden colour tending to amber, evident bitterness, full body and mellow, warm tones and strong hints, a bittersweet taste. This beer is prized to be fermented in the cellar with high fermentation yeast and aged. Its taste evolves well over time, as it ages, it develops more floral notes, caramel, honey and passito flavours, the colour becomes darker, and bitterness diminishes. Special aged beer, raw unfiltered, triple malt. Combinable especially with meat, cheese, important desserts, dried fruit and after meal. Beer for contemplation.
