Birra Mastino - Il Risorgimento

High-fermented white beer with a straw-yellow color. The nose has notes of fruit, white flowers and coriander. The palate is well balanced, with a sweet, fruity attack and a dry finish with moderate hints of spice. Excellent with simply cooked or spiced white meats. Best served at 6° to 8° C.
