The beer has a deep golden colour tending towards amber, with a white, persistent foam. Fruity notes are immediately perceptible, ranging from the citrus of grapefruit and bitter orange to the tropical of pineapple and mango, blending with balsamic hints reminiscent of conifer resin. In the mouth, it is warm and enveloping, with the malt releasing its bread and pastry flavour, which mixes with an important but elegant bitterness, re-proposing the fruity and resinous sensation already found on the nose.
