Birra Flea - Crepuscolo

A deep yellow beer with wood-coloured highlights that is characterised by the abundant use of American hops, which impart an intense bitter, herbaceous note and a fruity, resinous aroma. The foam is creamy white, persistent and dense, and adheres well to the glass. The aroma is characterised by fruity and resinous hints, with notes of citrus, fresh grass and pine. The taste is dry, bitter and hoppy, with a sweet and malty note to counterbalance it, the bitterness is intense but well balanced by the sweetness of the malt. Fruity and resinous hints are perceived in the mouth, with a long and persistent finish. Carbonation is moderate. Intense and strong, perfect for lovers of markedly bitter beers, with a complex and intense aroma and taste. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, top-fermented and re-fermented in the bottle.
