Beer description

Produced with Wickerhamomyces anomalus, a yeast that stood out during the first project for excellent attenuation and aromatic notes of esterification typical of classic saison, such as pepper and a very intense and pronounced hint of lemon. The result was a Saison, enhanced by the non-invasive addition of chamomile and lemon zest.
