A dark, deep brown speciality, it is rich in aromas. It is reminiscent of chocolate, coffee, berries and caramel. The aftertaste is malty, slightly roasted. It has a surprising finish, very drinkable and slightly bitter. An excellent accompaniment for game dishes. It goes excellently with soft and tangy cheeses, but also with creamy desserts and chocolate.
